GENERAL

  • What is EMS’s school year calendar?

    • Our full time and part time track classes begin September 3.

  • Is EMS accredited?

    • At this time EMS is not accredited.

  • Can I receive college credit for EMS?

    • At this time you cannot receive college credit for EMS.

  • What is the minimum or maximum age to attend EMS?

    • Our minimum age for EMS is 18 years old. Exceptions are made periodically. We do not have a maximum age limit for EMS!

  • Is there a discount for family?

    • There is not discount for family attending EMS at this time.

ADMISSIONS

  • When is the application deadline?

    • The application deadline is August 3, 2026.

  • How much is the application fee?

    • The application fee is $25.

  • If I decide not to attend EMS after applying, can I receive a refund for my application fee?

    • No, we do not issue refunds for applications.

FINANCES

  • What does tuition cover?

    • Tuition covers the cost of all classes, books required, and retreat.

  • Does EMS offer scholarships?

    • Yes, please email info@encounterministryschool.com to inquire about scholarship opportunities. Scholarships are limited and do not always cover the entirety of tuition.

  • Does EMS offer payment plans?

    • Yes, EMS offers payment plans for both full-time and part-time tracks. Payment plan options include month-to-month installments from September to April or semester installments.
